Cannot find pega_wb_lookuplist
In activity there is java step and part of clode has been included as follows.
String LookupListKey = pega_wb_lookuplist.getFileName("Rule-Obj-Flow", strAction, "List");
What is the pega_wb_lookuplist in here? Is it function? I don't see it in engine API, function list, libraries list? Where i can see this rule (both pega_wb_lookuplist and getFileName()) in PRPC?

getFileName = Rule-Utility-Function (Function rule)
LookupList = Library name for the RUF
pega_wb = Ruleset Name where RUF is present
To call an RUF we use the syntax = Rulesetname_LibraryName.RUFName(Parameters).
To fix your issue,
please clear temp directory and try again.

1. How can we access the constant values in StatusConstants interface where it is defined com.pega.pegarules.api.util package?

2. In pega where we can use engine API?
We can use activity step in java method, function,HTML,HTML Fragment, Control,Correspondence, Correspondence Fragment,Edit Input,Edit Validate.
Is above list is correct?

Access StatusConstants using full qualified name as below.
String MsgInfo = com.pega.pegarules.api.util.StatusConstants.ERROR_INFORMATION_EXCEPTIONS;

Yep! You can also write java in non-auto generated section rules.
