allow locking check box in class instance

allow locking check box in class instance checked and got disabled , how to uncheck it ?

is any of the ruleset version (ruleset on which the class is defined) available in unlocked state?

if yes and still not able to deselect it... then delete all the class instances, ensure one version of the ruleset is unlocked and try disabling it...
