Alert appears in Tracer when pyCaseTools runs
Hi colleagues,
I am facing an issue when ever the pyCaseTools section is called there is an alert appears in tracer which because of a visibility condition used in the "Follow" tab as "!pyIsFollowing". The following when rule is using a function called "@pzIsAFollower()". If i searched this function in PRPC it only shows the "pyIsFollowing" when rule.
The alert is also appearing because of "@pzIsAFollower()" as i can see.
Please help me on this to identify why the alert appears. Appreciate on your quick feed back.

A utility function, pzIsAFollower, does exist, however it is marked internal so it will not show up in standard searches. I recommend entering a support ticket to help troubleshoot the issue. To get started I would verify that pyWorkPage exists on the clipboard at the time the when rule runs (if not it would cause an issue like you see).
