activity calling a Report Definition

Can an Activity call a Report Definition or is it possible to load the clipboard with the contents of a Report Definition?

As I do not want to increase Guard Rail count, I want to avoid using an Obj-Browse.

The Activity is pxRetrieveReportData but you can also have a List Data Page source a Report Definition. 

Add one or more parameters to the Data Page rule,

Those parameters will be passed to the Report Definition.
