Access denied to PDN (already logged in)

I have a PDN account for more than 2 years.

Just today when I access PDN, I got "Access Denied" in most of the pages. I tried to logout, login again and still the same.

 

I can't go to the Contact-Us page as it was "Access Denied" also.

 

What's wrong with my PDN account?

Are you still experiencing difficulty signing into the PDN?  If so please let me know so we can remedy the issue.
