How to Troubleshoot Population Count
I am new to Pega and I would like to ask for your assistance regarding the configuration of segment. I created this using the Customer context. I am expecting that the population count that will appear captures the data that I uploaded to the Customer table... Am I missing anything important? I think I can't run all my segments because the starting customers/population count is 0. Thanks!

@CamilleC9685 Can you check if the PegaNBAM:Agents access group is pointing to your CDH application? If not then please change it to point to your app, flush the data page and test by creating a new Segment rule.

@RaghuShankhawaramIf this helps, we also noticed the context isn't specified even though we set the primary context already to be the customer.
In the pega academy instance that we're using as a reference, the customer context is specified, and the count is populating .

@CamilleC9685 Are you seeing this while working for a client implementation? Has the Context dictionary been configured and saved correctly?
If the issue still persists after saving the context dictionary then I would recommend raising a support ticket so that it gets the right attention.

In Options and Schedule UI flow-action pre data transform have logic to flush data page by using below condition.
Param.Flag = @DeclarePages.pzDeleteAllInstancesOfDeclarativePage(tools,"D_RowCount ").
This should help you in getting the latest information from DB whenever user is trying to access the UI which you have mentioned in screen-shot.

While creating the segment, this keeps popping in the log:
Error: You lack access required to execute @baseclass.pzpopulateFromDS
@CamilleC9685 There is a Data page named D_RowCount which needs to be flushed so that it can query the customer table again to get the total count. Please try flushing the data page and check if that resolves this issue.
