The process CRM.exe failed to start within the given timeframe.

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with PEGA studios trying to Start an interrogation from the CRM.os adapter, I attached a file where you can see the error. I already specified where CRM is installed and I'm using Windows 10. I have checked that it might not compatible with this Windows version. I already reinstalled PEGA but the error persist. I don't really want to go back to W8 or even W7 due to compatibility business.

I have the same issue. I am working in a team evaluating the robotics tool and we have found this during the trainning. Is there any kind of solution that it does not mean to disable the antivirus or downgrade the operative system?

This generally means that you have some sort of security software blocking Pega robotics. Make sure that it is white-listed in your security software.
