I need a help in interpretation of outcome of NLP OverallScore...What is the range of positive,negative and neutral value?

Sentiment score is between -1 to 1. By default , -1 to -.25 is negative; -.25 to 0.25 is neutral; 0.25 to 1 is positive.  In the advanced option of text analyzer rule, you get an option to update the neutral score range. 

Overall score is the sentiment score for the input text.
