I am looking to automate the process of replying to customer Tweets by Applying NLP. I see below two options which pega supports for now.
1. Create Twitter data set with twitter Account information and process all the Tweets at once.
2.Create stream data set for Twitter data , for this we need third party Application or other tool to get tweets from twitter ad pass to Pega.
My plan is to even automate this process by monitoring the Twitter account constantly and get the new tweets, process them and reply or create service case using NLP instantly, similar to e-Mail listener fashion.
Any suggestions/Ideas to implement above would help.
