Hi ,

Is there an outbound Dialer feature in pega sales automation similar to lightening dialer in SalesForce thats integrated with the application .

1. If you are referring to Stand alone SA application the answer is no . 

2. From SA  version 7.1,  Pega  CRM  is offering an unified solution  , in this  Pega CS ( previously CPM )  , Pega SA , PegaMarketing is bundled as a single  packaging ,  Based on the license you can use the pega cti call functionality  which is available in CS framework . 

Finally  the bottom line is we don't have  any outbound Dialer option  integrated with SA application.
