Data Page with REST Connector as Data Source - Parameter Detection
Hello,
We have a data page whose data source is a REST connector. It takes as parameter 'Idcompany' which is required, as you can see below:
This data page is the page context of some sections as you can see below:
Our problem is sometimes the value of the parameter 'IdCompany' is empty.
When the parameter is empty, we do not want to call the Connect-REST (since it generates unnecessary errors at the level of the Integration)
Is there a way to implement this requirement and how ?
Any small help will be greatly appreciated:)

Interesting use case. Looking at the code, does not seem we have a switch to avoid datapage loading based on the parameter value so that connect-rest can be avoided. It would be nice if we something similar to post processing activity - pre processing activity where user can make a decision and ultimately not loading the data page at all. How do you load the data page in your application, I suppose you could make a decision based on the value of .Data.CompanyCustomer. If that is null, do not call Load-DataPage, for example.

We load the data in our application by setting it as a page context for a specific section as such:
Any ideas if it is possible to add a decision based on the value of .Data.CompanyCustomer in this case? And if yes, how can we implement it ?

You can use multiple data sources. When you add another data source you will be able to use data source based on condition.
Please let me know if this is not clear, i will put a screenshot together.
