EndPoint URL can be configured in prlogging.xml
for eg: <param name="EndPointURL" value="http://test:8888/prweb/PRSOAPServlet"/>

Apart from above mentioned approach,

You can mention the endpoint url while calling the connect soap from an activity. You could give it there.

Also, you could mention the endpoint in the connect soap connection section.
