Pega GenAI capabilities for onPrem deployments
Hello Experts,
We know Pega GenAI Capabilities are available on Pega cloud deployments from Pega Infinity 23 onwards.
We also know that the GenAI capabilities are available on client managed cloud deployments through the PremBridge solutions as mentioned below
The question is, does the PremBridge solution supports client managed non-cloud onPrem deployments? I did not see any definite Yes/No in any forum for this question. I need a Yes/No confirmation on this to go to my client.

Hi @RaneshBh Pega GenAI is available on the Pega cloud. If you are not on the Pega Cloud then "PremBridge" is the solution that makes Pega GenAI available to non-Pega cloud customers.
However: If you stand up a Knowledge Buddy running on Pega Cloud (as this is the only place Buddy runs) then you do not need to use PremBridge for Knowledge Buddy calls. You can simply use our Buddy component OR you can make API calls directly to Buddy from ANYWHERE without PremBridge. This is a Knowledge Buddy only feature!
@RaneshBh I believe the answer is 'no'. Clients with client managed cloud or on premises deployments can access Pega GenAI by using Pega GenAI PremBridge to connect to Pega Cloud.
