Pega has released the Pega Cloud Status to provide you with up to the moment information on the status of our cloud service offerings.
Events that have the potential to impact many clients will be broadcast here providing you with greater transparency, accuracy and improve the overall experience for all our Pega users.

Subscribe to Pega Cloud Status page for real-time status on Pega Cloud products and service health, by region. Quickly identify Pega’s awareness of a problem and actions already taken to resolve an issue you may be facing, without opening a ticket.
Subscribed users will be notified of issues via email from [email protected].

Experience Pega Cloud Status
The new experience driven through Pega Cloud Status will follow the principles outlined below:
- When an incident is raised in Pega Cloud Status, all users who have subscribed previously, or who were subscribed by Pega based on their cloud role type, will receive an email about the event, containing important details such as which Product, Service and Region is impacted.
- In the same communication, a link to all details about the incident is provided, which will direct you towards the full Pega Cloud Status experience.
- As an issue is triaged and progressed through various stages, such as “investigating” “identified”, “monitoring”, or “resolved”, you will receive proactive update communications at each stage.
- A banner linking you to the Pega Cloud Status site will be available in My Support Portal and / or the Support Center. This will illustrate the overall Pega Cloud product and service health by region, and help you identify Pega’s awareness of a problem, and actions already taken to resolve an issue, without having to open a support ticket.

Both existing Pega Cloud clients, and prospective clients are able to view Pega Cloud Status.
This is increasingly important for prospective clients, including those looking to migrate to Pega Cloud who want to know how reliable Pega Cloud is, and how we communicate and resolve issues when they inevitably occur.
Pega Cloud Status will be used to report any service impacting events, including those impacting GenAI Blueprint and other GenAI capabilities.
