Issue

User imports a Blueprint that contains Unicode characters. However, the import process fails with an error.

Error

This Blueprint file contains unicode rule descriptions and unicode input is not enabled on this system. Please consult your system administrator.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Blueprint that contains Unicode characters. For example, German sharp S
2. Import the Blueprint into Pega Platform.

Solution

Enable the EnableUnicodeRuleNames Dynamic System Setting.
