XML stream optional checkbox issue for an XML element

Hi All,

In an XML stream rule an element is marked as optional. When the stream rule is executed using a Property-Set-XML method from an activity, we are seeing the xml getting successfully generated, however, the tag corresponding to the XML element marked as optional still gets generated. We are working on 6.1 SP2. Let us know if an SR needs to be raised for a Hotfix or a local change.
