Working of Number.randomGaussian(Double,Double) in MonteCarlo dataset
How does Number.randomGaussian(Double,Double) work in Montecarlo dataset?
The help specifies that the output is a random string with values like 0.98, -3.90 but i find the find the output returning all integers.
Any insight into the working of above function will be of great help

Yes, the output is a double.. However, when i access the function it's returning integer values

I have created an example where I successfully get the results in "Double" format.
Please see the following snapshots in the attached doc:
- the results page, showing that property EricsDouble has been populated with a Double from randomGuassian
- The makeParams activity I created to perform DataSet-Execute on my EricsMonte data-set
- The EricsMonte data-set I created
- The EricsDouble property I defined
NOTE: I did this on Pega platform 7.3.

Actually, the out is decimal. Since i have assigned the value to an integer property the decimal value is getting trimmed :)
Can you explain in simple terms what the two parameters for the Number.randomGaussian are?
