Work orders are opening in a separate window in Google Chrome when get next. BOT is facing the issue.

We are observing issue while bot is trying to extract the details from application.

There is no issue when the bot try to extract the details from workorder which is opened as a “tab” in BICC application

Sometimes ,the workorder is opening in a separate window “CCPS-framework” like shown in Error.png file(attached).

When we analyzed this issue , we found that there is an selector differences in the fields, due to that bot is failing to extract the data when the workorder opening as a separate window.

Bot is about to transfer the workorder and update the report, but couldn’t do it. Because the information such as  workorder number, claim number and other details are not known (failed while extracting data)

We need to update the selectors in such a way that, it can extract data in both the window.

Please advise to how to open the work order in separate window, so that we can update the selectors.
