Work Items is not present in Worklist of end user portal
Hi All,
In production we are facing an issue which is "Worklist Workitems are not showing in end users portal " .
We have sourced D_pyUserWorklist with section grid in UI.When End user opens the portal they are not able to see the workitems which is assigned to them.Mean while Workitem datas are present in class instances.
Same rules are working in Dev environment.
Kindly suggest to fix this issue.

Is this D_pyUserWorklist updated in your app version or using OOTB? if it is updated, can you check if "Reload once per interaction" is enabled?

When logged in as a user, do you see the D_pyUserWorklist page loaded with the expected records?

What do you see when you run the DataPage manually.
Could you also check the query that it fires.
