Work Item Has Lost Assignment and pxFlows

Hello,

We have a Case with 600 child cases. One of the child cases has lost its assignment data and its list of pxFlows, even though it had progressed to the same part of the flow that all other child cases had progressed. The audit history and logs provide no clues. We have tried the reOpen and Stage Restart OOTB activities which have failed. Is there another way to jumpstart an orphaned case?
