Why does Chart display change after moving off the screen?
We have upgraded from PRPC 6.1 SP2 to PRPC 7.1.7 When we view out of the box reports, The gadget is displayed as normal. If we take an action which opens another tab, such as case creation, the display of the gadgets becomes distorted and the gadgets size overruns the screen. Refreshing the browser alleviates the issue, but we are wondering what causes the problem.
Hi Gowrishankar - I am not feeling comfortable providing client screens, so I may have to escalate this internally. However, one thing we are seeing is that this seems to be an issue with "Quirks" mode. When I request the developer to test with the browser in Standards mode, the problem is alleviated. I will look into ensuring the Edge mode is in place in the Harness. Later this fall IE 11 should be coming :-)
