Why the browser back locks the case

When I pressed the back button of the browser, the case was locked, and when I opened it in another browser, an error occurred in the Obj-Open process.
The browsers I'm using are IE, Chrome, and Edge, and "Allow multiple users" is specified as the case type setting.
・ Why is the case locked?
・ Is it the Pega specification that is locked?
・ Is it possible to avoid the lock?
