While submitting the Landing page response in safari browser getting wrong validation error

While submitting the Landing page response in safari browser or Iphone it is displaying wrong validation error.

For example-We have added the date but still it is showing select a date.

Issue is its not retaining the date value in safari browser.

While submitting the Landing page response in chrome we are not facing the same issue.

Can someone please help us in this issue?
