while creating IVR/IVA and web chatbot

We getting an error when we creating and submit the text analysis in adding case type.

 

The Flow Action processing activity pzUpdateCommand Failed:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError. Could not initalize class sun_awt_X11GraphicsEnvironment.
