Where can I find a diagram that shows the chargeback flow?

I finished the Pega Smart Dispute trainings, but I still don't really understand the visa and mastercard chargeback flow in collaboration with pega. What would really help is a diagram that describes the entire process flow. Is there any resource that provides that?
