When configured an Email Listener, will it process only new emails, or will it process already received emails as well?
When configured and enabled an Email Listener, will it process only new emails, or will it process already received emails in inbox (unread or read) as well?

@Suranjith it will process all the new unread emails but not read ones. It won't process already received ones.

@Suranjith When you configure an Email Listener in Pega, it typically processes only new emails that arrive after the listener has been started. It does not automatically process previously received emails that were present in the mailbox before the listener started.

The listener will only process new emails that arrive in after the listener has been turned on. It won't be able to process older mails.
