What is the support end dates for Pega platform and Pega Robotic Automation?
Hi,
I want to know what is the support end dates for Pega platform and Pega Robotic Automation. I found some answers, but they were all years ago. For example, we are now using Pega platform 5.x and Pega Robotic 8.x. When will PEGA stop the technical support of Pega platform 5.x and Pega Robotic 8.x?
Another question, is there any official documentation about this problem? can you provide the link or download method of this document?

@Byshu_Ayyappaswamy Thanks for your reply, actually now we use Pega 7.4, so it is means that PEGA will no longer provide support after the extended support date, including the support request we submitted?

@QianZ297 I am not exactly certain on specific support for older versions of the Pega platform other than what was posted. For Robotics support however, as soon as V22 is released, there will no longer be regular updates to 8.0 SP1 of Pega Robotics Studio or Runtime. If you are still using that version, you should consider an update the latest 19.1 version at a minimum. V22 is nearing general availability. 19.1 will be updated with regular fixes, however any new features will likely be made available only in V22.
As a rule of thumb, Pega Robotics will support the current version and the prior version of the product.

@ThomasSasnett Thank you for your reply, one more question,for Robotics support, after Robotics V22 release, will PEGA no longer reply to any support request with 8.0 SP1 version？

@QianZ297 We will no longer support that version with updates as I understand. You can still open support requests and they may have workarounds for your issue(s), but if your issue does require any updates to the product, you'd need to be using at least 19.1 to receive those.

@QianZ297 If you can upgrade to 19.1, I would certainly suggest that you at least begin that process. There aren't many challenges you should expect going from 8.0 SP1 to 19.1. You can simply download the latest 19.1 build and open (be sure to backup your code first) your 8.0 SP1 solution and it should be upgraded automatically.
