What specific values are collected and displayed for Customer Dimensions items in Profile Elements?

Hello,

We are currently working on the version 8.2 of Pega Marketing and we wanted to know what specific values are collected and displayed for Customer Dimensions items in Profile Elements.

As per my understanding according to the user mannual ( Pega Marketing user guide 8.2),the scores on each of these dimensions are indicated from the results of Next-Best-Action.

But we don't know how to aggregate the results.

And more, there are items similar to Customer Class,are these used?If so, let me know what logic is being used for it.
