what sets pyStatusWorkOld value in the clipboard?
i am trouble shooting why pystatuswork and pyststusworkold are having same values in the clipboard after the changes in the status? please let me know which rule sets the old value?

Basically I have set a watch for pyWorkPage.pyStatusWorkOld property in tracer and navigated from one assignment to next assignment.
Now if you observe closely from below screen shot. Step no. 506 (Work-StatusElapsedCalculation), is the exact trigger which I was talking about earlier. Seems like this is the place where the value is getting changed.
Even doing a content search in designer studio gave me the same declare trigger rule only. I hope this helps.

There is this StatusElapsedCalculation Declare Trigger rule, this copies the value of pyStatusWork property to pyStatusWorkOld property. Enable declare trigger rules in your tracer to capture the same.

Thank you.My understanding is that the trigger activity 'StatusElapsedCalculation' is only for the calculation of time elapsed and does not have any role to copy the old value. Therefore, we can exclude this activity to isolate the issue that old value not being copied. please correct if my understanding is not right.

I suggest you make sure rule contents have been indexed on your system, and then use rule-content search to search for all rules containing an exact match on "pystatusworkold". NOTE: Your question had a misspelling of the property name, so make sure that isn't causing you confusion when you copy-paste the name into your search fields! /Eric
