What does it mean if a schema change is performed by "New Class Rule"?

Hi -

 

While auditing the schema changes for one of our supported applications, I came across a new type of Schema Change which was performed by "New Class Rule".  The changes triggered a new table event as well as 2 new index creations.

 

What triggers a "New Class Rule" schema change?
