What cookies are placed by Pega Live Chat & Pega Knowledgebase in Customer Service and what are those cookies used for?

We trying to understand the default cookies comes with Pega Live chat and Knowledgebase. We have provide justification for each cookies as well, as part omni channel integration with third part websites.
