What are the suitable JDBC driver versions for PRPC63SP1 PEGARULES data source on IBM DB2 10.5?
As current DB2 jdbc driver version on BIE(PEGA Rules) is 3.53.70,Which is not in the supported list of drivers for DB2 10.5.Does JDBC driver need to be upgraded when updating database version (IBM DB2 10.5)?

Yes , as of my knowledge JDBC4.0 driver is supported for PRPC 6.3 SP1.
If you plan to use DB2 JDBC driver version 4.0 or later version, set the connection property as follows:
<connection-property name="useJDBC4ColumnNameAndLabelSemantics">2</connection-property>
Read the Reference cited to understand how the IBM® Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ Version 4.0 and later versions changes to conform to the JDBC 4.0 standard, compared to the IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ Version 3.50 and earlier JDBC drivers.

Yes, as Abhishek mentioned above JDBC4.0 driver is supported. For the precise DB2 level you may refer to the PRPC6.3SP1 support guide which I have attached to this comment.

Even i doubt that DB2 10.5 is supported for the PRPC 6.3 SP1. Please see the platform support guide attached by Dikshit.
