What are the implications when we have 2 decisioning usecase sharing SR class, 1st Uses Custom NBA and 2nd is on NBAD.

Hi ,

We have Built NBA using Pega DSM 8.3.1 (aka APP 1) and it is an app where we implemented custom logic to build NBA FW with Channel Management. We are not using PM features like Real-Time container, NBAD, Real-time-Event, Treatment, Actions and Customer Journey. And APP 1 is built on PegaMarketing_FW.

Now for the upcoming new Flows (Outbound Upsell) we want to use the NBAD 2.0 (aka APP 2), We would like to understand :

  • Any issue in sharing the SR class between these 2 logical app (I know PM does not support different SR class in an app stack)
    • IH Implication - Read, Write, Aggregation
    • In using any OOTB capability from CDH in APP 2

 

  • Any upgrade Challenges from CDH Product upcoming releases 8.6+ onwards

 

Much appreciated for sharing experience w.r.t similar implementations.
