What is ajax container target in launch harness setting ?

What is ajax container target in launch harness setting ?

Let say I have a harness rule which has a navigation rule configured.

On click of the menu link i configured an action set as launch harness. While configuring I'm not clear what target i should select.

So please share your thoughts on the same.
