We're having 4 servers in which 1 is dedicated to agents, if there is some SAN(Storage) Issue so all the servers are down. SAN team is asking us to give us the server priority list of servers, so that they might bring on Server and DB Up
We're having 3 servers in which 1 is dedicated to agents, Right now we're facing some SAN(Storage) Issue so all the servers are down. SAN team is asking us to give us the server priority list so that they might bring on Server and DB Up.
So what would be the best scenario to make these priority wise ?
Server 1 # User
Server 2 # Users
Server 3 # Users
Server 4 # Batch Jobs

Hi Naresh,
It depends on who plays more important role in your application ! If your agent / batch plays crucial role like updating some other third party clients about some interaction or sending money transfer details to banks, then Server 4 needs to be have top most priority . Otherwise, generally speaking, user servers should get the first priority !
