We have a requirement to open a portal and based on parameter create a case in CPM interaction portal

Requirement:

 

Open a CPM interaction Portal, automatically launch a case and add parameters to the case created. and that case should open into new tab in CPM interaction portal. Please suggest best approach for this requirement other than updating PreDisplayHarness activity
