I Want To Display A Calendar Control In Section But User Can Able To See The Dates From Present Date (From Today)Onwards. Past Dates Should Be Invisible State .

Thanks for posting your query in PSC. 

1. There is no such configuration available for the reported behavior in date control. could you revalidate the same in UI gallery Date control? 
2. Can you elaborate more on the reported issue with configuration settings, Pega version.

I don't think that is currently achievable using OOTB. However, you can still use validation to achieve that so that the user is not able to select any past date.
