VoiceAI for Mobile

We have a pega application which is accessed by users via mobile app also.

There is a requirement to enable  user (via mobile app) to dictate and same to be filled out in the UI.

 

Does Voice AI work with Mobile App also?

If so, any details/document will help.

Hello @MVNH0002,

Filling in a form or dictating Pulse message with a voice should be possible with the standard dication feature of a mobile device keyboard.

@MVNH0002 Voice AI is not something that we have tested with mobile apps. There are no mobile-specific docs on that.

However, I would encourage you to try out the built-in dictation capabilities provided OOTB by iOS and Android. By default, the mobile OSs provide decent support for voice input and transforming it into text. That sounds like something that can address your use case well. This is something that works with Pega mobile apps.
