VMware Horizon version 7.3.1
Hi. One of our customers is asking on our actual past record of using Pega Robotics on VMware Horizon version 7.3.1. Has anyone worked with it in the past?

If it's not on the support matrix then we can't guarantee support for the app. You'd have to do a PoC with Pega oversight to determine functionality and scope.

Are they just serving up desktops to the end-users? If so, there should be no issue as the user is really just running Windows which is supported.

We wouldn't be able to interrogate anything inside of the window certainly, as it would be running on a different computer. Other than launching the client and possibly selecting a desktop, I'm sure there's not much more you could possibly do with it (and I am not even sure of the latter as I have never tried).
