VM going down

Hello,

VMs are going down randomly. Helpdesk says its because of BOT keeps the VM to go down.

Any specific configuration to be set/verified?

We would need some more details in order to assist. Runtime doesn't shut down a machine or terminate its process without either being explicitly told to do so via you configuration, or because of some error condition.
