Validate rules for multiple check boxes

I have 6 check boxes in first screen my requirement is like if any 3 check boxes is true it will move to next screen by clicking on submit button otherwise it will show one valid massage like three check boxes are mandatory how can I achieve this.

@BrahmaiahV16644833 Are these checkbox properties inside a pagelist or individual/top level? If they are inside a pagelist you can make use countinpagelist function if they are top level then i guess you would need to write a data transform to check each property for true and increment a counter and if the counter is less than 3 then you can set error message.
