v7.4 integrated with sharepoint - word document corruption for inline edit

We have been using the integration since 2018 and in late 2020, when we modify the word document, either via direct edit(double click in sharepoint ) or indirect edit(download the file, make a change and upload it back).

When the file copy to the target folder, on open the file is entered into the accessibility mode which does not allow for edit unless we open on the desktop and can't be saved.

Is there anyone have a similar issue and find a solution.,
