No, Pega Robotics must start the application when using StartAndWait or Start as the StartMethod. When using MonitorAll, Pega Robotics can hook into an application if it is started after the adapter is started (it is basically listening for the application to start and then catches it right at the beginning). If you launch Runtime at Startup (before any applications are started), and load your project on startup making sure your adapter set to MonitorAll starts on project start, then whenever the user launches it, Runtime will be able to control it. Keep in mind though, that this will monitor all instances of that process and inject into all of them, so fo something like Internet Explorer, this may have unintended consequences for other adapters in your project.
