UserWorkForm changes in Pega 8.6

As 8.6 deprecated HTM fragements , does it effect UserWorkform as well from adding the JS functions . 

 

Specifically we are using clear actions function(pega.control.actionSequencer.clearQueue(); ) for on button clicks if there are errors after user submission.
