Users in select access groups cannot login after application restart
Users in an access group (Example: Reviewers) were having and issue logging in. I changed the user to be part of another access group (Example: General) and they are able to login again. I also tested that they have the General as default and the Reviews as an additional access group and they can log in.
I restarted the system and the "Reviewers" access group is working fine, but a third access group is now showing an error.
When a user logs in, they get a warning about too many redirects.
