User search history in interaction portal
Hello --- I would like to understand if a user is actively using the KM feature, can they see their search history? I understand when the portal is first opened, the user can see their followed articles, Top Rated Content, and Recently published content.
Questions:
- Is there a way I can I see my search history on an individual user level?
- Are top rated content on an individual user level? e.g. The top rated content I see in my portal are articles that I have liked? or is this on an overall KM level? e.g. The top rated content I see in my portal are content liked by all users of the platform.
