Use of Scalar Properties in Questinnaire visibility

In a  Questionnaire , is it possible to use scalar properties instead of 'when' rules for visibility of questions?

In the attached image , we want other  'scalar properties' in addition to 'Current Cumulative Score' to show up. We do not see that option right now.

If it is possible, how do we get the scalar properties to show in the conditions dropdown?
