Use Javascript API from webchat mashup
We are using "display" action from webchat mashup to display a particular harness on click of some button in chatbot. In that harness we have some section which needs a parameter from chatbot.
How can we pass parameter from chatbot to harness/section using "display" action ?

Hello Vikas,
By using data-pega-action-param-parameters attribute in the mashup div, we can send the parameters to Mashup.

In below sample, we are sending pzSkinName andUserIndentifier params to Mashup.

Hi Praveen,
Thanks for your reply. I am not using mashup for displaying harness, but using javascript function to display harness using below method:
pega.web.api.doAction("myGadget", "display", "New", "PegaSample-Task")
This javascript function will be called from another webchat mashup, On click of some button in rendered UI. That has "CreateWork" action.

Can you please try as below to pass custom params to mashup in JS.
var param = {};
param.pzSkinName="SkinName";
param.UserIdentifier="username;
pega.web.api.doAction("gadgetid", "display", "New", "PegaSample-Task","","","", param);
