Use of explicit URL in a Connect HTTP

I am using a non explicit URL in a connect HTTP rule which generate a severe warning regarding the use of an explicit URL.

I am a bit confused since I do not know exactly what has been done wrong. I attached a screenshot of a the rule configuration and the corresponding warning.
