Use DX API v1 for exposing Pega Portal

Hi

I'd like to know if is possible to expose a custom Pega portal with DX API version 1.

I mean, I create a custom Portal on Pega with its own harness, and then I'd like to expose to a client via DX API. I do not see method that allow that, but I'd like to know if any exists.
